Guided by the harmonious tones of crystal sound bowls, the grounding resonance of the Chau Gong, and the gentle vibrations of rainsticks and chimes, you’re invited to come as you are and let the vibrations carry you into stillness and relaxation.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask (anything you need to lay for the hour) Limited mats are available if you need.
