Step into our serene and intimate studio space AND a unique experience with drum and bass classics.
Led by Claire Shayle @alittleselfclaire this is sure to be an exhilarating yet deeply calming afternoon!
Relax and unwind with a selection of your favorite drum and bass tracks. Think of it as a smooth escape from reality.
Immerse yourself in classics from legends like LTJ Bukem, Goldie, Calibre, Marcus Intalex, and more.
Claire will guide you through the beats and and amazing experience around your own body.
An option to just listen, or join in and share stories as you visualize how each song makes you feel, unraveling the narrative it tells.
Music is a powerful force; it forges deep emotional bonds.
You know the goosebumps, the feel-good boost, the rush of memories, and reflections on good times.
Sharing music creatively allows us to explore and build a community of like-minded people.
This is a truly unique offering, and we are delighted to be holding it in our studio.
There will be blue lotus tea available to enhance your experience, plus water and sweet treats.
Equipment is provided.
Dress in clothing you can move freely and relax in. Layers are a good idea, as your body temperature may fluctuate.
