Join Larissa for a meditation & sound bath focused on tapping into Grounding Energy as we transition into fall. You will be lead through a meditation focused on Root Chakra ( Muladhara Chakra) and be serenaded through Crystal singing bowls.
This workshop is open to anyone who is looking to settle in and access peace. You will leave feeling grounded and at ease. At times sound baths, can bring up different kinds of emotions or sensations that may feel new or uncomfortable. We will learn how to breathe through this. Just know to possibly expect this. Drink water dress comfortably bring your yoga mat and a journal and pen.
