This in-person program is open to the community and available for anyone interested in learning more about prenatal health. Please note: This is PART TWO a TWO part series. Each class is a 2 hour class offered at the Regina McGinn Center. Please make sure to register - it is ONE ticket per couple

Our education will cover:

• Labor and medical interventions and types of births
• Learning how to manage pain during labor and postpartum
• How to care for a newborn, postpartum changes and self-care
