Step back in time and experience the lively spirit of America’s early entertainment! Join Colton Overton, Executive Director of the Heritage Center, as he brings the past to life with ragtime performances on the historic Martin Bruhl piano.
Between songs, Colton will share fascinating stories from the vaudeville era, small-town opera houses, and the golden age of comedy songs. On select occasions, you’ll also be treated to a special demonstration of the Edison phonograph, offering a rare chance to hear music the way audiences did over a century ago.
