Sounds of Spring: Yin & Sonic Grounding

As the season shifts, so do we. Sounds of Spring is a yin yoga and sound healing experience created to help you soften, release stagnation, and ground into renewal. Rooted in the energy of spring, this journey invites you to stabilize your foundation, embrace new possibilities, and flow into the creative energy of growth.
Each guest will receive a take-away gift to support your journey through the season.
Guided by Wanda Carreras, we’ll move through a grounding yin yoga practice to release tension and open the body. We focus on the liver and gallbladder meridians to support detoxification, stability, and energetic flow. Through intentional breathwork and mindful movement, we anchor into presence and cultivate inner balance.
A healing sound journey with Paloma Dueñas will soothe the nervous system and deepen your connection to the earth, allowing vibrational resonance to ease the body and mind. With movement, breath, and energetic alignment, we embody spring’s essence—rooted and expansive.
