to experience live sounds and their tangible vibrations,

to enjoy them and consciously experience their harmonizing and healing potential,

for a more liberated flow in the moment that resonates.

The time of the equinox or spring equinox and its energetic quality

are a special window of opportunity to open up creative energies,

supporting new and ancient paths for a more conscious connection to one's own inner guidance

and inspiration.

A moment to breathe and be touched by frequencies that flow audibly and tangibly through the world and weave it together, to the soundtrack of the space in and around us,

for active dreaming and visionary perception.

The sound bath in the first part of the evening becomes a sound meditation that allows space for silence and fascinating nuances.

The evening culminates in an invitation to interact with voices, to charge one's own sound body, to perceive oneself as the producer of one's own symphony, which is life.

In the aftermath and finale of the evening, there is space for exchange over tea or in enjoyable silence.

Sasperella / Saskia Baumgart

works artistically and as a sound healer with music, singing, and voice.

Born in Berlin, she trained in singing, music therapy, and somatic movement arts (dance improvisation and healing movement arts)

as well as in shamanic work, primarily during various stays with indigenous cultures,

including in the Amazon region, Mongolia, North, South, and Central America.

As a singer and freelancer in the field of music therapy and sound healing,

she teaches singing and voice and offers voice coaching for holistic personal development and consciousness expansion through the medium of voice.

She gives concerts, rituals, and workshops, as well as interdisciplinary performances with dancers, visual artists, and authors. Following her calling, she combines the fields of music

and healing in a contemporary version of artistic and tranceformative consciousness work that integrates elements of dance, ritual, and rhythm.

sind ein besonderes Zeitfenster und Chance zur Öffnung von schöpferischen Energien,

Unterstützung zu neuen wie uralten Wegen, für eine bewusstere Anbindung an die eigene innere Führungskraft und Inspirationen.

Als Sängerin und im musiktherapeutisch-klangheilerischen Sektor freiberuflich tätig, 

lehrt sie Gesang & Stimme, Vocal Coachings für ganzheitliche Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Bewusstseinserweiterung durch das Medium Stimme.

Sie gibt Konzerte, Rituale & Workshops, sowie interdisziplinäre Performances mit Tänzern, bildenden Künstlern & Autoren. Ihrer Berufung folgend verbindet sie die Felder von Musik

& Heilung, in einer zeitgenössischen Version 

künstlerischer & tranceformativer Bewusstseinsarbeit, die Elemente von Tanz, Ritual
