Join Kathryn Rambo, Sound Practitioner, to experience sound bath meditation to relax, unwind and reflect, creating a deep sense of relaxation through the use of music and tones.
Registration is required. Choose one or all of the following sessions:
Tuesday, October 7 at 10 am - Introduction to Sound Baths Thursday
November 13 at 6pm - Sound Bathing for Stress
Friday, December 5 at 2pm - Sound Bathing for Chronic Pain
