Workshop hosted at Bridge Healing Arts Center (Awakening Room) focused on self-expression using Sound. Discover authentic self-expression using several techniques:
-centering & grounding
-rhythmic breathing
-tapping hands & feet
-clapping
-vocal tones - solo & with a partner
-chanting
-gentle movements & yoga poses
Please arrive at 3:45pm to get grounded and comfortable. We will begin promptly at 4pm.
Bring: water bottle, comfortable clothing to move in, a yoga mat, and an open mind.
