Sound healing offers a non-invasive, gentle, drug-free, and accessible way to address multiple layers: mind, body, emotion, spirit.
The vibrations from the crystal singing bowls will uplift and energize, leaving you feeling restored and aligned.
This is a highly relaxing environment, cool, calm, quiet and low light all to bring the most nourishing atmosphere.
Bring your mat or something to lay on, a throw or blanket in case you get cold and a small cushion for your head.

Please arrive 5 minutes early so you are not rushed and to preserve the sacred space and ensure everyone's experience is uninterrupted. When you arrive head straight into the event space which is located inside the leisure centre across the hall from the Gym.
While this session promotes wellbeing and relaxation, it's not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional.
Please note you will be laying on the floor for the duration of the sound bath please bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable. If you are unable to be on the floor you are more than welcome to bring a portable camp chair instead.
