SoundRise at The Nest in partnership with NatureRe brings back the magic of park gigs with the lovely Varun Nimbolkar Collective on 30th November.✨

🎤 The Varun Nimbolkar Collective from Pune is a five-piece indie rock fusion outfit with traces of blues rock, soft rock, folk rock and drum and bass. This edition features Varun Nimbolkar’s BahBahBlackSheep, a project that marks a clear break from convention. The five-track release blends high-energy electronica, psy trance, opera, hip hop and blues rock held together by Nimbolkar’s signature Indian classical fusion. The set includes everything from experimental layers to a modern R&B interpretation of a cherished Sahir Ludhianvi ghazal.

Lineup: Varun Nimbolkar (singer, songwriter), Rishikesh Kamble (bass), Faraz Haider (guitars), Pratik Nandre (drums), Ganesh Bojji (djembe, percussion).

🌳 Venue: The Nest, an urban forest revived by NatureRe and The Heritage Project in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM).
