Every-body is welcome in these all-levels group yoga therapy sessions. Breath is emphasized as we move the body, hone in on the heart and steer the mind back to our spirit. Classes are available for registration on a monthly basis, and we accommodate the whole family. If you have a mat, feel free to bring it, though supplies are available.

About Sayde, MSYT:
With over 20 years of teaching, a MS in Yoga Therapy and MS in Exercise Science, Sayde has been bringing soundness to people in a variety of ways and a variety of settings. More than a yoga class, group therapy yoga sessions with Sayde coax out the general source of dis-ease (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual) and aid in guiding clients to freedom of movement, release of negative patterns of thought/behavior/action, and return to self in the session.
