We begin with a sacred Damiana tea ceremony, honoring the wisdom of Indigenous traditions from Central and South America. Known for its heart-opening and spirit-lifting properties, Damiana invites a sense of warmth, clarity, and emotional connection—allowing you to soften into the moment with ease and intention. We’ll engage in a short intention ritual to begin your journey.

🔮 Guided Meditation + Sound Healing Journey

Sink into a 30-minute guided meditation paired with an immersive crystal bowl sound healing session, designed to realign your chakras, calm your nervous system, and activate your highest potential. Through visualization and vibrational healing, you’ll emerge feeling rejuvenated, centered, and deeply attuned to yourself. Each participant will get 1:1 vibrational clearing with various instruments from Tibetan bowls to chimes.

Hola! I’m Debbie, your intuitive sacred space guide and a proud first-generation Salvadoran. My healing work is deeply rooted in ancestral traditions that celebrate community, connection, and heart-centered rituals.

Through Kundalini Yoga, sound meditation, and plant medicine guidance, I create spaces where spirituality and self-discovery flow freely. My tea ceremonies—infused with sacred intention and reverence for traditional practices—are invitations to reconnect with yourself, your lineage, and the wisdom of the earth.
