This 75-minute workshop will change your perception of relaxation. Upon arrival, we will set you up like a restorative yoga class, utilizing props to achieve the highest level of comfort, and you will then being transfixed by the meditative and healing sounds of the singing bowls, Indian gong, chimes and more played by Jessi Rae. Sound healing has been used for centuries for its meditative and therapeutic properties. The instruments create a range of sound that restores vibratory frequencies to bring harmony and healing to the mind, body and soul. Wear comfortable clothes.
