This sound bath will help you reset your energetic body, clear stagnant energy, and recharge your mind, body, and spirit before stepping into a new week.

Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, the sounds will guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state where healing naturally takes place.

This is your moment to pause… to breathe… to let go.

To close the chapter of the past week with intention, and open yourself to what’s next—grounded, clear, and aligned.

Whether you’re feeling energetically heavy, mentally overwhelmed, or simply craving stillness, this experience meets you exactly where you need.

Come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

What to bring:

Please bring anything you need to feel fully supported and comfortable, as the shop does not provide any mats. Highly recommend:

– A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

– Blankets and/or a pillow

– Water

– Cozy layers (your body temperature may drop as you relax)

– An eye mask (optional, but beautiful for going deeper inward)

– A journal and pen if you like to reflect on your experience and journey
