✨Soundbath at UUC of Evansville ✨As winter begins to loosen its grip, this soundbath offers a space to pause and reset before the season shifts. Late February carries a quiet in-between energy, not quite winter, not yet spring. Through sound, we create room to settle, breathe, and gently recalibrate.
There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to achieve. Just an opportunity to lie down, listen, and let the body soften.
