Music doesn't have to be loud!Give yourself permission to rest and join us for an evening of pure self-indulgence and relaxation under the talented guidance of Sound Therapist and Healer, Sally Collins.
Using a variety of unique instruments, Sally produces healing soundwaves and vibrations that create the ultimate calming environment for relaxation and healing. All you have to do is lay back, close your eyes and allow the sound to wash over you!
Arrive from 7pm to set your space up, meet Sally and learn a little bit about her instruments and the SoundBath itself.
Doors open at 7pm. The Soundbath will commence at 7.30pm.
Wear warm and comfy clothing and bring a yoga mat (we have a few spares), blanket, pillow...whatever you require to lie (or sit) comfortably for an hour.
Tiggy and Janel have been attending Sally's SoundBaths for a few years and they are so excited to be able to bring her class to JDT Music Academy as part of their ongoing health and wellbeing awareness.
