Are you ready to reset your nervous system and nurture your soul? If so, join me for my next Sound Bath Meditation & Lunch in a YURT? Bring your mother, sister, friend or significant~ other and celebrate with a unique and uplifting experience. Join Tina in a peaceful yurt, nestled within a stunning 21-acre bird sanctuary in Deale MD! We will enjoy a fresh meal together made with Love by Tina! Organic, dairy- free and from scratch, as always! Menu: Chicken Salad, served on light & fluffy Scottish morning rolls, side Mediterranean chickpea salad, and of course dessert to nourish the soul! Leave feeling relaxed and reconnected with your higher self.
Event takes place @ Harmony Hills Hideaway~ 186 Nutwell Rd Deale, MD 20751. Harmony Hills Hideaway is located off of route 2 and Nutwell Road. There will be a sign at the main retreat house for parking. All participants will park in the driveway of the retreat house/main entrance. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and a short walk to the Yurt. We will be in the woods, so dress comfortably. Everything you will need will be provided just bring your beautiful self! I am so excited to hold space and be of assistance to the community!
