Welcome to our Sound Bath Meditation in our gorgeous Thermal Rooms. The Sound Bath is an immersion in beautiful vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of self discovery. It can help clear blockages in the flow of your energy and harmonise and rebalance the body.Joanne uses a range of instruments including fully tuned Crystal bowls, gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to help you relax, release and let go of thoughts as you are transported into your inner being. The healing frequencies and vibrations can help remove any stress and tension and also boost your immune system. You may experience a profound sense of peace and well-being.
Spaces are limited so early booking is recommended.
What to wear: Loose comfortable clothing. The seats will be warm but on a lower temperature than normal.
What to bring: A cushion/pillow so you are as comfortable as possible.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle into your space.
Sound meditation may not be suitable if you:
• wear certain hearing aids
• have a pacemaker
• suffer from seizures
Not available for women who are pregnant.
