Soundbath In The Gardens: Gratitude As Fuel

The sun sits at its final hour in Scorpio, right before it tips into Sagittarius. It's the exact turn between what has ended and what's about to expand. This crystal sound bath is about turning gratitude into fuel: for what came before, and for what we had the courage to let go of last month.
Haven't done a sound bath before? You'll lie down (or sit, whatever's comfortable) while crystal singing bowls fill the space with sound. There's nothing to perform and nothing you need to know going in. Your only job is to close your eyes and let the vibration do its work. Most people walk away surprised at how much lighter they feel.

A mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
A towel to put under your mat, since the ground is sometimes damp
