A gentle sound bath and mindfulness session to help restore balance, with monolini, Tibetan and crystal bowls, koshi chimes and more.A sound journey can help to restore the natural balance in your body, mind and soul by activating your body's own natural healing process. The vibrations of sound played at certain frequencies can help to reduce stress, improve concentration and focus, support the immune system, lower blood pressure and improve sleep at night.
During the session, I will guide you through a mindful body scan, accompanied by gentle sound healing instruments, such as the monolini, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, koshi chimes and more.
You may choose to be seated in a chair or lying down on a mat on the floor. You are encouraged to experience the session in the most comfortable position for you. Please bring your own pillow or cushion to ensure your maximum comfort. (You may also wish to bring a duvet or a blanket to lie on top of). Mats and blankets will be provided.
Tea and refreshments will be offered at the end of the session and are included in your ticket.
*Please also note that this event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, or those with sound induced epilepsy, unmanaged bipolar or psychosis. Participants should not attend if they are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. Please advise me if you have any of the following: stent, shunt, pacemaker, metal implant or nerve damage, so that I can ensure you aren't too close to the sound (guidance is 20cm)*
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person for the same session.
