Join us for a unique opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and realign your mind, body, and spirit through the power of sound healing. Immerse yourself in an atmosphere of healing energy filled with sometimes calming , sometimes invigorating vibrations and frequencies that promote healing and balance. We aim to provide you with a transformative experience inspired by various practices and traditions including; Tibetan bowls, shamanic drumming, universal voice energy, crystal bowl healing and various musical rhythms to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Take the time to connect with your inner self, to balance and cleanse your energy pathways, while experiencing the magic of sound healing with us!

We recommend you arrive early (doors will be open at 5.30pm) and enjoy a choice of herbal teas before the soundbath starts at 6pm. Remember to bring a blanket and a cushion/pillow for your comfort (Yoga mat and water is provided).
