We’re bringing something special to Fabletics Santa Anita a live Sound Bath experience with our instructor Noura Gina Ammar, 2024 Holistic Therapist of the Year and founder of Soundbath Haven.
This is one hour just for you. No reps. No sets. Just sound, breath and a full-body reset.
Using live crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Gina guides you through a deeply restorative experience designed to release tension, quiet the mental noise, and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and recharged: ready to take on whatever comes next.
What to bring: A yoga mat, a blanket, and a water bottle. Show up in your favorite Fabletics. That’s it.
