Join Emma Bailey for a Soundbath. During the Soundbath various instruments and sounds are fused together bringing you in to a relaxing meditative state.
Dates for the Soundbath;
7pm - 8pm Wednesday 19th November
Cost: £15
A bit about Emma Bailey; Emma is a holistic therapist specialising in Shamanic practises and using the healing vibrations of sound providing beautiful Soundbaths using a variety of instruments, including the healing Shamanic drum and flute.
What you need to bring;
A mat / something comfortable to lie on
Layers of clothing to keep as cool or as warm as you lie down for the Soundbath
A Blanket
Water / drink
Where;
1 - 5 Springs Parade, Brigg, DN20 8EQ on the top floor above The Pantry 8020. You are welcome to enter via the side door on Springs Parade and come straight up the stairs all the way to the top floor. Or use the lift to floor 2 located on the ground floor in The Pantry 8020.
