Come and enjoy the healing vibrations of singing bowls, Shruti box, tuning forks, chimes, and other sacred sounds while you relax and meditate. The format of this offering is a short introduction to the sounds you will hear, a long immersion into sound-based meditation, and an option to participate in a short mantra practice. The sound bath is appropriate for anyone who is willing to find stillness seated or lying down (with props available for support) and interested in practicing meditation.

No prior experience is necessary to participate. Expect to feel amazing! Feel free to dress comfortably and to bring your own pillows, blankets, eye masks, and/or meditation cushions.
