Join us for an immersive sound and vibrational experience. Relax and be ready to be taken on a journey through various instruments including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, handpan, and more. This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, allowing ourselves some space to rest. The vibrations from the different instruments penetrate into our cells and help us return our awareness to our bodies, bringing us back into equilibrium. Sound Baths can be a very therapeutic, energetic, and/or relaxing and peaceful experience.
Please bring a meditation or seat cushion, yoga mat / pad, blanket/pillow, bolsters or anything else you need to be comfortable. Layers and an eye mask are recommended especially for those lying down.
