Soundbath and Stretch January 2025

Join Peachtree City Library and Flow by Naila for a 1-hour de-stressing and relaxation session. The session will begin with 20 minutes of gentle stretches followed by a meditative south bath using crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and a sea drum to guide you into a state of relaxation. Come prepared with a mat, optional eye mask, pillow, and water bottle. Registration required. Seating is limited.
