Sound Yoga Nidra with Larissa & Brian
What to expect: Larissa will gently guide us through the ancient & soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, allowing us to recline comfortably with the support of various props. Brian will enhance our journey with sound healing using singing bowls and other beautiful instruments, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation.
Often called "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique that is accessible to everyone and can be a wonderful tool to help improve your sleep.
This practice is suggested to anyone aged 12 and older. If you feel more comfortable in a resting position that isn’t on the floor or require special arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance. We want to ensure that you have a supportive and comfortable space.

What to Wear: Something comfortable that allows you to move and breathe freely.
What to Bring: Feel free to bring your own items to help you stay cozy, such as socks, a jacket, a blanket, or a pillow. Mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and other props are provided at teh studio or you're welcome to bring your own.
Sensory Experience Expectations: this event will take place in a room softly lit by overhead lighting, lamps, and/or battery-operated candles; soft music may play through the studio speaker and musical instruments will also be played - the volume of which may vary. The studio is air conditioned and blankets are available for additional warmth, as needed.
PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 15-30 MINS BEFORE START TIME. Due to the focused & calm environment we are creating together with this practice, we cannot allow late entry. Thank you for understanding.
