Sound Travels…… River Dee

Come and join me at the River Dee, Riverside Drive for an hour of relaxation. (Weather permitting).

I’ll have my Himalayan Quartz Crystal bowls and Chimes, and with the help of the natural sounds from the flowing water of the river, the vibrations and frequencies will be amplified.
Sundays are for rest, so let me invite you to slow down, release that tension, reset and recharge for the week ahead.
Bring yourself, come with a friend or come for a nosey. No effort or experience is required, just bring a blanket or a folding chair, lie down or sit. Get comfortable and just immerse yourself in the sounds around you. Feel truly grounded.
Please be aware that there are contraindications of sound baths which may make it unsuitable if you have any of the following health conditions:

Seizures/Epilepsy
Pacemaker
