We’re delighted to be trying something new at Yogadu this November; Sound Therapy Sessions with the wonderful Christen Asante, sound healing practitioner and musician.Christen weaves together the deep pulse of the shamanic drum with ancient vocal toning, creating a space for healing, transformation and spiritual empowerment.
Each session will begin with a short guided relaxation led by Vicky, helping you arrive, soften and open to the sound journey ahead.
