✨20hr Sound Therapy Training✨
We’re excited to announce the next dates for our Yoga Alliance-accredited, 20hr Sound Therapy Training.
This certified course is led by Jen, who has more than 7 years of experience in the field of Sound Therapy, and who is the founder of The Green Room Yoga Studio.
Whether you’re new to Sound Therapy or looking to deepen your existing practice, this weekend will provide you with an in-depth exploration, learning how to play various styles of Gongs, Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, Tongue drum, Ocean drum, Kochi & other chimes, Crystal harp, Handgrail & more.
Join this foundational course to develop your understanding of Sound Therapy and its benefits, and on completion, feel confident to play any number of instruments for your own holistic wellbeing and for the wellbeing of others.
Jen, from the UK, has over 20 years of teaching & performance experience, first as a dancer & choreographer and then as a yoga teacher, mindfulness instructor & sound practitioner. She will teach you how to hold space for sound sessions in private & group settings and as part of a yoga class (if you are already teaching yoga) and other wellbeing settings.
