Join Mia for a short gentle yoga session followed by a sound bowl meditation. Yoga will last no more than 15 minutes and the rest of class is a restorative, calming experience, listening to crystal bowls.
Bring as much "comfort" as you like, such as pillows of blankets. Class is free for our members.
