The experience will begin with a deep listening exercise & a progressive muscle relaxation flowing into some of my own ambient soundscapes that grow and evolve through time and space. I will be joined by a very special guest, Heather Harper, who will be harmonizing with me for some vocal ambiance to bring some human voices to the mix. Bring a yoga mat or cozy blanket and come relax into the sound.
Show up however you’re feeling, come and go as you please.
