This sound bath begins with gentle, intentional movement followed by a restorative crystal sound bath to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and reset your internal state. You’ll be guided into stillness through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, allowing your nervous system to move out of stress and into a state of balance and ease.
Sound baths are especially supportive for nervous system regulation, helping to reduce mental chatter, improve sleep quality, and create a felt sense of calm that lingers well beyond the class.
