Sound, Silence, & Color - A Meditative Art and Music Event

Welcome to a moment where you get to breathe and let go. Come join Free Soul Holistic and Art of Trista Studios on Sept. 4th at 6:00-9:00pm at Southside Preservation Hall for a liberating experience.Life sometimes keeps us in knots, struggling to maintain, seeking balance and equilibrium.Art has a way of grounding the psyche, and meditation, a way of settling the soul.Music decorates time, art decorates space, meditation unlocks the path to creativity.For the first 20 minutes, come grab a drink or a snack, and settle in and relax. Enjoy listening to Matthew Broyles play rich, thought provoking guitar melodies for your wandering ears.LeAnne will then guide you through a 40 minute meditation session where you will integrate your mind with your creative flow and balance your inner voice. This nurtures the foundation for opening creative doorways.Once the meditation session winds down, allow Trista to help guide you through the creative phase of the class, a 1 hour and 30 minute paint session. Take as long as you would like. Choose your colors, feel the paint, feel the supplies, and just go with the flow.
