Join Anna, 500-hour CYT, for a soothing experience of restorative yoga + sound bath, a space designed to help you rest deeply into the healing vibrations of sound and the silence in between. You will be immersed in the cleansing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, harmonium, and other healing instruments as you are led through deeply relaxing restorative yoga postures.
This experience will begin with guided pranayama (breath observation) and include mantra chanting. All are welcome—no prior experience needed. Option to bring a cozy blanket, eye covering, and an open heart.

Held on Wednesday, October 29th from 7-8:15 PM, $38 investment.
