Sisters Sound Immersion
Experience an immersive one-hour sound bath where you are guided into stillness through a diverse soundscape of 432hz singing bowls, gong, handpan, buffalo drum, and Native American flutes.
Allow the shifting layers of sound to guide you wherever you need to go — softening the mind, calming the nervous system, and opening space for reflection, presence, and deep inner rest. Bolsters, blankets, and yoga mats are available for free, but it is RECOMMENDED to bring a camp mat / pad or similar for additional comfort if needed (Floors are concrete). Additional bonus items to bring - pillow, water, or journal.
