Yin Yoga and the sounds of the crystal bowls, drum, gongs and chimes combine in this unique wellness session as Superstar Yoga and Soul Star Energies combine.Whilst you luxuriate in the Yin Yoga postures which encourage the body to relax and unwind the vibrations from the sounds will wash over you massaging the senses to encourage further relaxation and healing.
Breathing and meditation will help to ease you into the practice. There will be a chance to chat and consult the Oracle cards too for some spiritual guidance.
All this in the middle of nature at the Wellness Boutique, Silvermuir Farm, Lanarkshire.
This practice is suitable for all abilities and everyone is welcome.
