If your mind never seems to slow down… if stress sits heavy… or if you simply need a quiet space to breathe again – this session is for you.

You’ll lie down, get comfortable, and be guided by gentle sound and vibration to help the body soften and the nervous system settle.

Early booking is recommended.

A calm, welcoming Sound Relaxation session using Tibetan bowls and gentle tones to help:

His work focuses on creating calm, accessible spaces where people can switch off, rest, and reconnect with themselves.

Doors close at the start time to protect the calm of the session.

Chairs are available if needed.
Toilet facilities are on site.
Easy access with private parking available.
