One hour of being bathed in sounds to aid you on a journey of relaxation.
Make your self comfortable lying down with supports, and blankets, then you just simply be as Leah composes a symphony of sound just for you and the group.
Leah may make use of the following instruments (some but not necessarily all will be used)
Quartz crystal singing bowls
Himalayan Singing Bowls
Koshi and Theta Chimes
UFO tongue drum
Tingsha
Kalimba
Ocean drum
Shakers
Tapping sticks
Her own voice for singing, toning or humming.
Sound baths are a great way to calm the nervous system and allow ease and relaxation on a deep level.
