A one-day silence experience in Wadi Degla designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through nature.
This round starts before sunset and continues into the night, giving us a chance to experience Wadi Degla when it becomes calmer and quieter.

Sound of Silence is not designed as a recreational hike, a social outing, or a lecture.
It is a designed silence experience where we use nature, walking, breathing, and body awareness to slow down, observe, and notice what is happening inside.
The experience gives you a chance to step away from daily noise, reduce stimulation, and notice what is present inside you without needing to explain, analyze, or fix anything.
Silence here is not just the absence of talking.
It becomes another way of listening: to the body, the breath, the movement, the landscape, and the subtle signals we usually miss in everyday life.
The experience will be facilitated by 𝗛𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗸𝗹, founder of Satori and one of the pioneers in Egypt and the Middle East in designing psychological experiences through nature.
