Step into a calming, restorative space with Sound Nidra, an immersive meditative journey designed to help you deeply rest, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom. Led by Renee Lynn, a Certified Sound and Energy Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master, this session gently blends healing sound and guided meditation to bring your body and mind into balance.
Perfect for spiritual seekers, sensitive souls, and anyone craving stillness and reconnection. No prior experience needed, bring an open heart and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. There are also floor cushions, yoga mats, blankets and a limited number of pillows at the Center.
About Renee Lynn
Renee Lynn is a certified Sound & Energy Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master, trained in sound and vibrational therapies. With a lifelong devotion to spiritual exploration and intuitive development, she creates deeply restorative experiences that reconnect people with their own wisdom, joy, and wholeness.
Renee's sessions are rooted in safety, deep listening, and presence. You will be invited to return to yourself. Whether through Sound Nidra or energy work, she holds space for rest, reflection, and transformation. Renee's mission is to help you feel renewed, empowered, and hopeful for what’s next.
