a Sound, Mindfulness & Somatic Healing workshop with Moira Lo Bianco

Moira walks you through a one-hour experiential session centered on sound, mindfulness, and somatic healing as self-regulation practices to support a sustainable career in the arts. Learn how these tools can nurture creativity, presence, and resilience for artists.

In addition to the guided experience, there will be a brief Q&A and a short activity to support integration with your artistic practice.

International Women Artists' Salon

IWAS was founded in 2008 by fine-art photographer and cultural collaborator Heidi Russell. IWAS' Salon Lounge launched its first stage at the infamous Dixon Place (Salon Lounge at Dixon Place) on the Lower East Side of NYC during the mid-2010s, with over 60 45-minute showcases of works across all creative disciplines. We are thrilled for the continuation of the series with our partner Funkadelic Studios since November 2024.
