Yoga, Energy Clearing, Somatic Meditation, Walking Meditation, Mantra/Kirtan, Sound Bath, Local musician's and Sound Facilitators gathering, discussions on sound, frequency and vibrations effects on our health, nervous system and wellness
April 12th Location: All Saturday activities at.Springhill Suites
SCHEDULE
10-Noon Somatic Meditation, Chakra Energy Clearing
Beach time, pool, paddle board
3–5pm Yoga of Sound- Yoga with live music with guest yoga teahers and guest musicians
6-7:30pm. Kirtan on the beach- learn & recite mantras & Bhakti yoga
April 13th Location: All Sunday activities at Parking Lot East Pensacola Beach
8am Walking Meditation on the beach
9:30am-11am Beach Yoga, Mantra with musicians
Break- swimming, paddle boarding
The Sound Bath is a separate event that you are also invited to as a part of this retreat:
5pm Beach Sound Bath For Sea Turtles- get educated on the lovely life of our local sea turtles and what you can do to keep them protected.

A percentage of these proceeds will go to The Blue Angles Music Foundation to fund musicians to play music in fusion with wellness in health clinics, Hospice and other wellness facilities.

Michelle Baker, also known as Swan Michelle, is a Certified Neuro Change Solutions Consultant as a part of the Dr. Joe Dispenza Global Team. She is also a Conscious Events Producer, , Educator, Sound Therapist/vocalist specializing in the merge of music, meditation & energy as a means to regulate the nervous system and embody greater health and joy collectively.
She is the Founder of Swan River Yoga, the largest wellness & yoga center in the southern & Gulf Coast region of the United States since 2007. She is the Director of Swan School’s YA Yoga Teacher Training, graduating thousands of students in various wellness modalities since 2008, leading the first Yoga Teacher Training in the city of New Orleans. She has also trained thousands each year to do and to teach yoga, meditation practices, sound therapy, energy medicine, and basic neuro science based self regulation educational practices privately, in yoga studios, health care facilities, to neuro- diverse populations such as acute PTSD, addiction facilities and survivors of human trafficking, as well as corporate settings, small businesses and large outdoor music and wellness festivals throughout the Gulf Coast Region of the United States.
In producing numerous Wellness Retreats annually, nationally and internationally since 2005, clients join in the practices of optimal diet, life style habit change, nervous system regulation, and quantum based meditation in nature as to establish a connection to the natural world and to a new, sustainable version of themselves. She often teams with the Audobon Society of FL to create events that focus on the education and funding of endangered species in the region.
She has studied with numerous masters to gather this knowledge, such as Ram Dass, The Dalai Lama, Dr Mark Halpern of The California College of Ayurveda and Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Michelle is thrilled to be a part of the NCS Team and to bring this mind changing work to businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs and in open training settings in office or on retreat.
