FLOATING SOUND BATH ON THE WATER

We are taking sound not just to the water, but on top of it.

Bring/rent a kayak, floaty, or paddleboard (there is room for 4 also in the boat)

Enjoy a Sound Bath on/in the waters of the shallow Little Sabine with Swan MIchelle on the water, where you'll lie back on your board or other floatation device and let the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, voice and other instruments wash over you. The sound frequencies promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your sense of well-being, and are enhanced, just like your body, when traveling through the water into you.

Choose your floating device if SUP is not your thing. We will help you when we can! We can provide anchors for you and we can tie our flotations, boards or boats to one another. Whatever floats your boat! There will also be a few spaces to sit on our sound bath boat, where the Sound Bath instrumentation takes place.

Paddle Boards may be rented at The Shaka Bar, right where we will launch. We suggest your arrive early if you are renting a board as to get set up. And the water is so shallow. You can choose to float and swim only if you paddle boarding is not your things.

Chip is a certified yoga instructor that teaches in Navarre at Elementree. Swan Michelle has been leading Sound Baths throughout the Gulf Region for 14 years!

Together, we are bringing you wellness out in nature, in appreciation of sacred sound, movement, the water, and the elements.

We have chosen to do this early when often the water is more calm and there is less beach traffic, yet if whether conditions do not permit, we will simply postpone this event.

Registration Policy: this is a limited size event. Pre-registration is required.

Weather Policies: If circumstances are out of our control due to the weather, we will simply postpone the event. This event is non-refundable.
