Join Ahimsa School of Sound Healing facilitators IN EVANSTON for an experience in sound. Lay back and allow the precise frequencies of the instruments to interact with your body on a cellular level. The intention behind these meditations is to support you in letting go of whatever is not serving you and to find a deep state of relaxation.
No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to take part in these offerings or to receive the benefits.
Additional Considerations: Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow; eat only lightly prior to meditation.

Price for Sound Meditations: $35 general admission/$25 for Ahimsa Yoga members
