Enjoy the calming, ancient tones of crystal singing bowls played by the talented James Lemar, designed to gently guide you into a deep meditative state. As the sound waves wash over you, Reiki will be offered by Alicia to all participants—supporting your body’s natural ability to relax, release, and heal.
We have everything you need to be comfortable. Choose from zero gravity chairs or cozy floor mats—just bring yourself and an open heart. Please note: chairs are first come, first served and reserved for those who may have difficulty getting up and down from the floor.
