You’ll leave feeling calmer and more connected to the love, peace and joy that resides within.Props are available in the studio so you can get nice and comfy but we do encourage you to bring along your own mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow, and anything else you would like for optimal comfort.
Beginners are most welcome.
