Imagine sitting comfortably in your chair and allowing the soothing sounds of chakra-aligned singing bowls to wash over you as you are gently guided through a meditation focused on forgiveness.

(I have specifically designed my Sound Bath events so that, those that cannot get down onto a yoga mat, can still experience and enjoy a sound bath in the comforts of a chair.)
