Embark on a transformative journey with our special 8 Week Chakra Yoga Series, designed to balance and harmonize your energy centres through focused Hatha yoga practice. Led by our wonderful instructor Josie, this series will be incorporated into our regular Wednesday evening 8pm SoulYoga classes, commencing from 19th June.
Each week, we will delve into one of the seven chakras!
Week 3: 3rd July – Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) ~ Personal power and confidence.

About the Chakras and Yoga ~
Chakras are the seven energy centres in our bodies, each corresponding to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our well-being. Through targeted yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, we can activate, balance, and unblock these energy points, promoting holistic health and harmony.
Commitment and Community ~
While this series is open to all, we encourage a weekly commitment to fully experience the benefits of balancing your chakras. Each class builds on the previous one, creating a cohesive and comprehensive journey toward inner balance and peace. Don’t worry, if you’re someone that can’t commit to the whole block, you absolutely don’t have to! As per our regular timetable, casual attendance is completely welcomed and won’t inhibit your practice.
